Shelf Life

Our products need to be kept cold at all times. Our juices are made to order; Therefore, they have a 3-5 day shelf life from the time it’s made to the expiration date.

If you do not plan on drinking your juices upon delivery or pick up, we recommend freezing them and thawing them once you’re ready to consume them. Thaw the bottles in the refrigerator. Thawing may take up to 48 hours depending on how cold your refrigerator is. Once completely thawed please consume within 24 hours.

For Juices:

LA Delivery ONLY: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We’ll send you a direct email confirming your order and delivery time once your juices are ready.

For apparel:

Please allow 3-5 weeks for processing and delivery. If you have questions regarding your order please email info@btbjuicery.com with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping Information

All orders will be emailed order confirmation and a follow up email upon shipment with tracking provided.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be permitted. 

FOR CLOTHING

All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be permitted. If you receive the wrong product or your product is defective, a replacement or refund will be provided.
